1.Welcome to the 2025 Ledger Wallet Native ETH Staking No-Service-Fee Promotion

Your participation in the 2025 Ledger Wallet Native ETH Staking No-Service-Fee Promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to the following terms (the “Terms”). We recommend that you read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Promotion.

The Terms, together with the Ledger Wallet Terms of Use, and your underlying staking agreement with the Participating Service Provider (“Staking Agreement”), shall form part of the agreement under which you may stake ETH through Ledger Wallet during the Promotion (the “Agreement”).

2. What is the Native ETH Staking Zero-Fee Promotion?

The Promotion allows eligible Ledger Wallet users to stake ETH with Participating Service Providers that offer native ETH staking (i.e validators enabling  a minimum deposit of 32ETH) without paying any Service Fees to the Participating Service Provider on their resulting ETH staking rewards, subject to the Terms. The Promotion will run from November 10th, 2025, until December 31st, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Participating Service Providers

The staking service providers available on Ledger Wallet participating in the Promotion (“Participating Service Providers”) include the following native ETH staking providers:

  • Figment
  • Kiln
  • P2P

The list above is subject to change. The Participating Service Providers will be recognizable by a relevant tag or clear messaging on Ledger Wallet.

4. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or qualify as an adult in your country of residence.
  • Accept the  Ledger Wallet Terms of Use.
  • Enter into the applicable Staking Agreement with the chosen Participating Service Provider.
  • Stake ETH within the Promotion Period through the Ledger Wallet application with the PECTRA validator of a Participating Service Provider.

5.What Fees are Waived and What Fees Still Apply? 

The only fees that are waived during this Promotion are the Participating Service Provider’s Service Fees that the Participating Service Provider normally applies to your staking rewards for operating and providing you the relevant validator service.

IMPORTANT: Fees Still Apply. You acknowledge that certain Network Fees and Deposit Fees are required by the Ethereum network and/or associated smart contracts and are NOT waived by this Promotion. These fees include:

  • Network/Gas Fees: Required to execute transactions (e.g., depositing ETH into the staking contract or withdrawing rewards).
  • Deposit Fees: Any fees imposed by the smart contract or underlying protocol for initial deposit operations.

These non-waived fees remain your sole responsibility and will be stated in the quote or transaction summary before you complete your staking transaction.

6. Restrictions

You agree to only participate in the Promotion for the purposes intended and as permitted by the Agreement and in accordance with applicable laws. If you participate in the Promotion in breach of the Agreement or any applicable laws, we may suspend or cancel your benefit from the Promotion.

7. Warranty and disclaimer

Ledger will use a reasonable level of skill and care to ensure that the Promotion can be accessed by you in accordance with the Agreement, but there are no guarantees that access and features will not be interrupted or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions, corruption, or loss of transmitted information during the Promotion. The Promotion is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and in particular without implied warranties of merchantability, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

You understand that the Participating Service Providers’ staking services may not always be available, or may become unavailable before the end of the Promotion Period. Ledger will use a reasonable effort to communicate such changes to you in due course. In any case, Ledger does not guarantee that it will be able to provide you with this information before you agree to use the services offered through Ledger Wallet during the Promotion.

8. Warranty and disclaimer

8.1. Each of  Ledger and each Participating Service Provider reserves the right, at their respective sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any part thereof) at any time and for any reason. Ledger or the Participating Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to communicate any such action through the Ledger Wallet application or official channels.

8.2. Notwithstanding Section 8.1, any modification, suspension, or termination shall be strictly prospective in its effect. If you have successfully staked ETH with a Participating Service Provider prior to the date and time of the notice of change or termination, you will continue to receive the full benefit of the Service Fee waiver until the earlier of:

  • The date you complete the final withdrawal of your staked ETH; and
  • The originally scheduled end of the Promotion Period (December 31st, 2025).
