Your NFT must be claimed exclusively within the Ledger Live app using your Ledger device.

Access the “Claim your NFT” section in Ledger Live

Go to the Discover section in Ledger Live, search for “Claim your NFT” button and click on it.

Enter your redemption code and claim your NFT

Enter the redemption code you can find on your voucher. Then, click on “Claim my NFT” to start the claim process.

Receive your NFT on your selected address

After clicking on “Claim my NFT’” you will be asked to select the crypto address to which you want to receive your NFT.
That’s it, your NFT will be sent to your selected address.

When and where will I receive my Soulbound Token Redemption Voucher?

You’ll find the Soulbound Token (“SBT”) Redemption Voucher inside the packaging of your Ledger Flex Solana Edition. The voucher includes a QR code to scan for detailed instructions and a unique redemption code hidden beneath a scratch-off layer.

Where can I claim my SBT?

Claim your SBT through the Ledger LiveTM application. Simply navigate to the “Discover” section and open the “Claim your NFT” section to begin the redemption process.

How can I claim my SBT?

To claim your SBT, follow these quick, simple steps:

Open Ledger Live and go to the “Discover” section.
Find and open the “Claim your NFT” section.
Scratch off the protective layer on your SBT voucher to reveal your case-sensitive code.
Enter the code in the app and click “Claim my NFT”.
Select your Solana account (or create one if needed).
Click “Receive my NFT” to complete the claim.You’ll then receive your Soulbound Token (SBT) in your selected Solana account.

What is the deadline for claiming my SBT?

You have one (1) year from the date of purchase to claim your SBT. After that, the Soulbound Token (SBT) will no longer be available for redemption.

I haven't received my SBT Redemption Voucher; how should I proceed?

If your Ledger Flex Solana Edition packaging does not include a SBT Redemption Voucher, please contact Ledger Support with your order details. Our team will help verify your purchase and guide you through the next steps.

How can I see my SBT on my Wallet?

After you complete the CLAIM process, click the “See my NFT” button. This will take you straight to Magic Eden, where you’ll be able to view your SBT.

Keep in mind: the minting process might take a few minutes to finalize, so if you don’t see it right away, no worries — it’s on the way!

If you want to see your SBT later on, here’s how:

Go to magiceden.io
In the search bar, enter the Solana address you used to claim your NFT
You’ll see everything in your wallet, including your new SBT
