Ready to redeem your crypto rewards?

To claim your crypto rewards using your voucher, you first need to access the Redeem My Voucher section in Ledger Live™:

1. Open the Ledger Live app
2. Navigate to the Discover section
3. Search for Redeem my Voucher
4. Click or tap on Redeem my Voucher

You can claim your crypto after 15 days—during this time, you’ll see the status of your reward as “Pending”.

Follow these steps:

1. Open the Redeem my Voucher section in the Discover section
2. Click or tap on Connect
3. Sign the authentication message to log in
4. Enter your crypto voucher code
5. Click or tap Redeem your Voucher
6. After 15 days, you will be able to claim your reward
7. At that time you will need to select the relevant crypto wallet (BTC, SOL, etc.) on which you want to receive your reward

You will be asked to sign in with your Ethereum Address in order to create a unique and fully secured account. We use Web3 authentication for security reasons and to respect your privacy.

You can claim your crypto rewards after 15 days. This waiting period matches the device’s return window.
Once the 15 days have passed, and the return period has ended, you may claim your rewards.

You have 1 (one) year to redeem the code, and claim your crypto through Ledger Live. You have up to one year from the reception of the Eligible Product to both redeem your voucher and claim your reward.

Check the purchase date and time to ensure that the order was placed during the promotional campaign. Otherwise please contact Ledger Support.

To receive a refund, you must return the complete order, including the unscratched voucher, within 14 days of delivery
