Benoît thrives for promoting an approach at the intersection of design thinking, marketing, communications and customer centricity.His previous experiences as a strategic planner for over 10 years gave him a strong learning curve at strategies, branding and innovation. Benoît started his career at Digitas, then he was in charge of deploying M&CSAATCHI.GAD’s Innovation offer – inspired by Design Thinking methods. As Strategy Director at Fred & Farid he created Business intelligence department. As Sid Lee’s Head of Strategy, he had the opportunity to collaborate with IDEO, an agency specialized in innovation, brand strategy and behavioral change, as well as behavioral economics firm Bework. He then joined Ogilvy Consulting as a Partner where he worked for Ledger as a consultant to develop Ledger’s brand strategy. In 2019, he decided to join Ledger as the Head of Marketing & Brand.Furthermore, Benoit accompanies several leaders on their communication strategies.
Benoît is graduated of the CELSA (Paris Sorbonne top school) and the Hasso Plattner Institute School of Design Thinking.
