Ledger invites you to the Austrian Alps for an immersive winter experience that celebrates nature, wellness, and culinary excellence at the highest level.
Your journey begins on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026, with arrival in Austria and transfer to Schwarz Resort, where the Ledger brand host will welcome guests over lunch in the hotel. Surrounded by snow-covered peaks and alpine calm, the setting immediately sets the tone for the days ahead.
In the late afternoon, you will head out for a private guided mountain hike, with a stop at Stöttlalm, the resort’s exclusive alpine hut by the lake. A fireplace will be prepared, drinks will be served, and the group will take in the panoramic winter landscape before continuing the experience with a torchlit walk back to the hotel as dusk falls.
That evening, you will enjoy a behind-the-scenes visit to the kitchen of the Michelin-starred Restaurant 141, followed by a fine-dining experience that brings together local ingredients, refined technique, and the warmth of an intimate group setting.
On Thursday, March 5th 2026, breakfast will be served at the hotel before transfers back, bringing the Alpine escape to a close.
