What Is Morpho?

Morpho is an open credit network launched in 2022, operating on Ethereum and major L2s. It is built on two layers that work together to give lenders & borrowers full control of their assets at all times.

Morpho Markets are the permissionless core and include two infrastructures: Morpho Blue is the variable-rate infrastructure. It allows anyone to create isolated lending markets with specific collateral and loan asset rules. Because each market is independent, risk does not spill between them. Morpho Midnight is the fixed-rate infrastructure. It allows users to offer and take fixed-rate loans with bespoke terms, settled in isolated lending markets as well.

Morpho Vaults sit on top of Morpho Blue and Midnight. These are professionally curated yield products that automatically allocate deposited funds across different Morpho Markets according to a published risk policy. For users who want exposure to onchain yield without managing individual markets, Morpho Vaults are the primary entry point.

Together, the two layers make Morpho a highly flexible and transparent onchain credit network. How to Access Ledger Wallet™ on Morpho

Getting started takes a few steps. You can access Ledger Wallet™ directly on Morpho via Chrome, Brave, and other Chromium-based browsers. All Ledger signers are supported except the original Ledger Nano S™.

1. Go to app.morpho.org and click Connect in the top right corner.
2. In the Connect window, select Ledger Wallet.
3. Connect and unlock your Ledger signer, then choose your preferred connection method: Bluetooth or USB.
4. Select your Ledger signer from the pop-up window. Ledger Sync will open automatically on the device to retrieve your accounts. If Ledger Sync is not enabled, you’ll be prompted to activate it.
5. Follow the on-device instructions and select Connect, then choose the account you want to connect to Morpho.

Note: With Morpho, deposits and borrows each require two signatures on your Ledger signer: a token approval and the deposit or borrow itself.
