Prize draw ts and cs
Introduction
This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) for the prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) organized by Ledger SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under number 529 991 119, and whose registered office is located at 106 rue du Temple, 75003, Paris, France (the “Organizer”). Participation in the Prize Draw is open to individuals (the “Participants”) who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw, individuals (referred to in these Terms as “Participants”) must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Follow @Ledger on one or more social media platforms as specified by the Organizer.

- Share your entry, tagging it with @Ledger and #LedgerOp3n2025.
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in these Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Participants found to be in violation of these eligibility criteria will be disqualified from the Prize Draw.
Prize
The prize for the Prize Draw shall consist of a $200 Ledger gift card (“Prize”). You will be responsible for providing details as requested by the Organizer in order for the Organizer to issue the Prize to you. The Prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize is subject to availability, and Ledger reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Prize is awarded, and this Prize Draw is provided, “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, provided by Ledger. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses associated with the Prize Draw or the Prize, including, but not limited to, any taxes, fees, or expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Prize.
Entry Period
The Prize Draw will commence at 5:00 PM (UTC) on October 10, 2025, and conclude at 5:00 PM (UTC) on October 14, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Participants wishing to enter the Prize Draw must do so within the Entry Period by following the entry instructions as detailed in the Terms. Entries submitted before the start or after the end of the Entry Period will not be eligible for the Prize.
Selection of Winner
The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected at random from among all eligible Participants who have successfully completed the entry requirements within the Entry Period. The selection process will be conducted by the Organizer or a designated third party under the supervision of an independent observer to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in France.
The selected winner will be notified by the Organizer via email or direct message on the social media platform used for the Prize Draw entry within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible Participants.
By participating in the Prize Draw, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms, including the selection process and the Organizer’s decisions regarding the Prize Draw, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
This Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants expressly agree that the courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, including any disputes relating to the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms.
