Seamlessly connect Ledger Nano X with the MetaMask mobile app

MetaMask is available as a browser extension and as a mobile app, but until now, only the desktop browser extension was compatible with Ledger Nano wallets.

Ledger and MetaMask teams are integrating Ledger Nano X with the MetaMask mobile app, combining Ledger’s security and full ownership with the simplicity of MetaMask.

You will soon be able to connect your Ledger Nano X with the MetaMask app via Bluetooth and import your Ledger Live accounts. Every transaction you carry out with MetaMask has to be approved via clear signing with your Ledger Nano X. Your Ledger hardware wallet keeps your private keys offline and protected at all times.

Please note that Ledger Nano S Plus isn’t compatible with the MetaMask mobile app, since this feature requires a Bluetooth connection.
